Honesty: from the start be honest with one another. Trying to hide something in a relationship is never a good idea; your partner will never fully trust you and there will always be doubt. Be yourself and be open by doing this it shows you can be trusted and you are committed to this relationship.

Family: it’s an important topic that needs to be discussed, but not the beginning of the relationship. However, family plays an important role that can shape your time together. Be fair and honest when talking about family because you don’t want any surprises when your partner meets the family and vice versa.

Finally discuss your plans for the future and what will be needed by both to achieve your goals. Future topics could be: having children, relocating and professional growth. By doing this you are laying a foundation down that will benefit each of you and both can work together to achieve your dreams.
