The Road We Choose

Notes From Dad

The Road We Choose

During your life at sometime, you may have a choice to make, which can shape and direct your future. Quite simply, either go left of go right. After we choose, we then are faced with life decisions and adjust accordingly. This article will explore some common myths and outcomes of which road we choose.

Let’s first look at choosing either road; Some of the choices you face could be the following; getting married, a new job, a move to a new state or even a dinner choice, in all cases you are in control to make that choice, and that’s what separates you from other people. You are in control.

Choosing to go left or right will not always guarantee a wonderful or unhappy life, instead you hope it slowly develops a positive direction in your life. One key component in choosing which road to take is your personality and your life experiences. Your brain plays a vital road in your choices due to the fact it may lead you down the correct path.

If you choose left, the science says you are creative and experience some form of fear or trauma, which may have given the left choice a bad rap. If you choose the right you elicit more confidence and are up to that daily challenge.

The key to making the right choice is not whether you choose left or right but what you know about yourself and your partner; sit down together and communicate your strengths and interests and build upon them. Choices you make should be yours not others; some may suggest a safe path, however, a safe path may not be the correct path. Sometimes people are labeled as risk takers, meaning, the fear of the unknown, however, risks are part of life and if not taking, you are not able to experience the “what if” in life. The thing to remember is that whatever road you choose, it is an opportunity to learn from it and apply your knowledge to becoming more self-confident.

Good Luck !!
