Can I Return or Exchange my ring?

We have been there and we know how important it is that you find the right one for you - oh wow...that works on so many levels...

"Ready to Ship" Rings:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to exchange or return your ring. You may change out your size, width, style, or simply return. 

PLEASE NOTE: we have a $30 restocking fee for "Ready to Ship" ring returns. Exchanges do NOT incur a restocking fee.

**Please note: All rings must be in clean, "unworn," and salable condition to be accepted for return or exchange. We reserve the right to charge a damage fee on any rings returned with excessive scratching or other abuse. Follow the care instructions on the postcard included in your shipment.**

If your purchase is a final sale item, no returns or refunds are allowed (i.e. ring sizer, free promotional item, silicone ring, birch box, etc) 

How do I process a Return or Exchange?

How dare you!?! Just kidding;) We get it. If it's not your thing and we wish you well in your search for the perfect band! You have 30 days from your original delivery date.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to exchange or return your ring. You may change out your size, width, style, or simply return. 

First let us know you are needing a Return or Exchange by emailing us at hello@manlybands.com.

Please identify your order as follows:

  • Name the order was placed under
  • Order number
  • Mention you are "an international customer returning for refund" OR "exchanging." We always love to know why returns happen, so if you don't mind sharing your reason for refund at this time, please do.
What happens if I want to Exchange or Return past 30 days?

Sorry bro, no Returns past 30 days. You wouldn't want to wear some other dude's tired ol' wedding band - so please get it back on time, and in "unworn" salable condition, if it's not "the one."

Can I return my Manly Ring Sizer?

Ring Sizers are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. Please pass on to a friend if you are done with yours or recycle it!

Engraving?

We do not offer engraving, but if you would like it engraved, the best thing to do is find a local jeweler who will do your engraving for a small fee. We have a collection HERE of rings that can ship out right away that are good for engraving with a local jeweler. Engraved rings are not eligible for return. 

PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT recommend getting a plated ring engraved (i.e. The CEO, Instigator, Gentleman, Baller, Blue Steel, MVP, Journeyman, Whiz, etc). This weakens the plating, causing chipping, and therefore will void your warranty. The best rings for engraving are plain tungsten or titanium (Hero, Savant, Architect, Mr. Kensington, etc.).

Most rings come with a Manly Bands logo engraving on them. Exceptions to this are rings with wood inserts or our Founder's Line Black Zirconium rings.

"Ready to Ship" Rings come with a FREE One (1) year Limited Warranty. Check out more information, including exceptions HERE.

I ordered the wrong thing. Can I cancel?

Because our shipping going out so super fast, we often can't cancel orders. But you may email us at hello@manlybands.com. If your order hasn't gone out, we will be more than happy to cancel.

Are your wood and antler rings Waterproof?

Our "Ready to Ship" wood and antler rings are water-resistant but not waterproof, as you will find with most wood rings on the market. Our jeweler seals the wood in with a jewelry resin but they are not meant to to be worn in the shower and in the pool/lake/ocean. They will not fall into pieces after one shower, but please don't make it a habit. You wouldn’t put your axe with the wood handle in the dishwasher right? Same deal! **Obvious submerged water damage to your wood ring will void your no hassle one year warranty**
