Manly Bands Affiliate Partner Program Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Manly Bands Refer-a-Friend Program (“Program”) you are subject to Manly Bands Privacy Policy, as well as the following Terms & Conditions for Manly Bands:

  • Qualified Referral. Each person who acts as a referrer for the Program after being provided a unique referral code from Manly Bands (a “Referrer”) and thereafter, refers a Referred Customer (as defined herein), who satisfactorily completes a Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made at www.manlybands.com by a person, who comes to our website and enters the unique referral code (“Referral Code”), which was directly provided by the Referrer, and entered by the person in their shopping cart before submitting and completing their order (each, a "Referred Customer"). Entering the Referral Code cannot be done retrospectively or by any other party, and is subject to the minimum order requirement set forth herein, and, such order is not returned during the applicable return window by the Referred Customer. Each Referrer will have unlimited Referral Codes to distribute including multiple uses by a single Referred Customer for multiple orders subject to the Maximum Paid Referral limit as set forth herein (e.g., - additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer will be counted as additional Qualified Referrals).

  • Referred Customer. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person or directly related to the customer, same household, etc. Or be deemed in any way to be "gaming" the system. The Referred Customer must complete an order on www.manlybands.com  and the customary Manly Bands return window for the Referred Customer must have expired, in order for the transaction to be deemed a Qualified Referral, and the Referrer to actually earn a Referral Payout.

  • Referral Discounts. For each Qualified Referral, the Referred Customer will receive a one-time 20% discount off his/her/their purchase at www.manlybands.com (“Referral Discount”). Referral Discounts are not redeemable for cash, gift cards or e-gift cards, and cannot be used on previous (already completed) purchases. Referral Discounts are not valid on tax or shipping, cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or other promotions, and the Referred Customer must purchase at least one ring with an MSRP of no less than One Hundred and Fifty US Dollars (USD $150.00) (or equivalent local currency) in an order for it to qualify as a Qualified Referral. Referral Discounts are not valid on final sale merchandise. Referral Discounts may only be redeemed for purchases made on the Manly Bands website and Referral Discounts are subject to Manly Bands standard promotional terms.

  • Eligibility.  Referral Codes must be shared from a Referrer directly to a Referred Customer. Manly Bands Refer-a-Friend Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation and posted on discount sites. Sharing a Referral Code on third party websites, such as coupon, third party websites, or discount sites, will not be honored and the decision to honor Referral Codes shall be in Manly Bands sole discretion. Each individual Referrer can only be paid for a maximum of 100 Qualified Referrals (the “Maximum Paid Referrals”), unless otherwise approved by Manly Bands. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Payouts.

  • Enrollment for Payment. Following the completion of the Qualified Referral purchase by a Referred Customer, Referrer will receive an email from Manly Bands, requiring the inputting of applicable payment information or email address, in order for Manly Bands to complete a Referral Payout. This is the only way that Manly Bands will make a Referral Payout pursuant to the Program.  All payments will be made via Gift Cards or US Dollars if applicable.

  • Compliance with Law. As a Referrer, you agree to comply with all up-to-date laws, including, but not limited to the CAN SPAM Act. Any distribution of your unique referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from Manly Bands Refer-a-Friend program.

  • Right to Close Accounts. Manly Bands reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request repayment and/or cancel an order, if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the Program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.

  • Acting in Good Faith. We introduced the referral program for both Manly Bands and its customers to benefit. This is done in good faith, and we expect the same good faith in return. Referral rewards may be withheld if we believe a Manly Bands customer is acting in bad faith. Advertising, listing on discount or coupon sites, selling or paying for the use of referral codes is not appropriate, and we will not honor such rewards. We cannot cover every possible scenario, but we promise to be fair and act in good faith and we expect the same of all Referrers. The following is a non-exhaustive list of permissible and non-permissible activity in the spirit of the Program:

    • Allowed:
      Word of mouth
      Social media sharing

    • Not Allowed
      Advertising
      Spam
      Anything misleading
      Using a code to get commission on their own order
      Paying or offering other incentives for people to use your code

  • Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. Manly Bands reserves the right to cancel the Program or to change these Terms & Conditions and/or the Program at any time in its sole discretion. Manly Bands will notify participants of any changes by sending out an email and publishing it on our website, with such changes effective immediately, or as otherwise dictated by Manly Bands. All existing conditions and rewards until that point will be honored.
