Returns and Exchanges

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your ring for a full refund back to your original form of payment (see exceptions below). Please reuse the shipping materials we shipped to you! They are meant to be reused to do our small part for the world. Please note that you will be billed for any improper packaging used (example: priority mail packaging, etc). When doing a return for refund, please note that you will be charged a return shipping fee if you have not opted into Redo package protection. Package protection charges cannot be refunded.

Exceptions to this Return Policy

Please note that we are unable to refund the Order Protection costs if you decide to return your ring for refund.

  • Engraved rings are FINAL SALE and may NOT be returned OR exchanged. If you aren't certain of your size, please purchase your ring unengraved. Once received and you know it is the correct size, you can utilize your 1 free exchange to have the ring engraved (you will need to pay the engraving fee but no shipping costs) if you would like, or you can take it to a local jeweler to have it done for a small fee.
  • Silicone rings (including ENSO rings) are final sale and may not be returned for refund, however they may be exchanged within the 30 day window.
  • Final Sale items (some Manly Gifts and ring sizers are final sale) are not eligible for return. See product pages for details.

Exchange Policy

You may process ONE exchange during your first 30 days of ownership. Please reuse the shipping materials we shipped to you! Please note that you will be billed for any improper packaging used (example: priority mail packaging, etc).

Before you process your exchange, grab a plastic sizer to double check your size, as we offer only one exchange.

Exchange Tips! (If You're in a Hurry)

Too big

If you shake your hand (like you're waving goodbye to your new in-laws) and the ring flies off your hand, head here and get the plastic ring sizer before processing your exchange.

If it generally fits (and doesn't fall past your knuckle when you shake your hand) but slides off when you wash your hands, go a half size DOWN.

Too small

If you can get it over your knuckle but your finger turns red...or blue, take a deep breath and go a half size UP.

If you can't get it over your knuckle at all, head here and get the plastic ring sizer to nail that next size.

Exceptions to this Exchange Rule

If you are an international customer, please refer to the international articles for additional information on returns/exchanges. At this time, we cannot support exchanges for international customers, however, you can return your ring for store credit and re-purchase.

If your ring is a precious metal ring (gold, platinum, black diamond, etc) please note that the market value for these rings can change over time and when doing an exchange, there may be a price difference that you will need to pay at that time.

PLEASE NOTE: All rings must be in clean, "unworn," and salable condition to be accepted for return or exchange. We reserve the right to deny a return/exchange request or charge a damage fee on any rings returned with excessive scratching or other abuse.
