When will I get my ring?! How fast is FREE shipping?

In Stock Rings

In Stock rings take 1–2 business days to process, and then go out with Free Standard shipping (5–7 business days), unless you opt for expedited shipping at checkout.

Please allow 1–2 business days for processing on all orders that are in stock. We do NOT ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. Holidays. (PLEASE NOTE: If you have an engraving on your ring, that will take 2–5 business days for processing.)

Made to Order Rings

Made to Order rings have an approximate 4–6 week processing lead time. These rings then ship FREE Standard shipping (5–7 business days), unless you opt for expedited shipping at checkout. Expedited shipping will also not apply to any future exchange you do, since it’s a one-time use for the expedited shipping fee.

Sizers & Silicone Rings

Sizers and silicone rings ship out within 1–3 business days. These rings then ship out with Free shipping that takes about 5–10 business days.

Domestic Shipping Options at Checkout

Depending on your location, you should see the following options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): FREE
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days*): Price calculated at checkout, according to your location.
  • Standard Overnight (1 business day*): Price calculated at checkout, according to your location. Delivery time varies by region but it usually arrives the next business day, if ordered by 12 PM when the order is placed.

Hawaii and Alaska Customers

Please note that shipping with USPS is currently delayed and shipping can take anywhere from 1–6 weeks.

Getting Married Soon?

If your wedding is in a week or less, choose OVERNIGHT SHIPPING for your ring! We cannot guarantee free shipping will get it there in time. Also, please confirm whether the ring you are ordering is one of our Made to Order rings or In Stock rings.

Please Note

Shipping carriers do NOT count Saturday, Sunday, or U.S. Holidays as shipping or delivery days. Times listed for delivery vary by address. If carriers are experiencing delays due to weather, infrastructure issues, etc., we cannot reship until the package can be declared lost. If you’d like to repurchase and process a return or claim later, that is an option. For expedited or overnight shipping that is delayed, we can refund the fees once the shipping deadline has passed.

*Overnight orders placed before 12 PM MST will go out that same day. Orders with Overnight shipping placed after 12 PM MST will ship the following day. Please make allowances in calculating when you will receive your package. For example, if you place an order on Friday afternoon with Overnight shipping, the order will not be sent until Monday and you will not receive it until Tuesday. If Monday is a holiday, it will go out on Tuesday and you will not receive it until Wednesday.
