30-Day “No Questions” Asked Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchased ring or need a different size, you are welcome to return or exchange it within 30 days of your delivery date. If you find it necessary to return your purchased ring, the return must be processed according to our return policy which is outlined in more detail here - Return Policy.
The exception to this rule are personalized items. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any personalized items, such as engraved items, including any ring we or you have had engraved. ALL PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS.
1 Year “No Hassle” Limited Warranty for "Ready to Ship" rings:
Your purchased "Ready to Ship" ring also comes with a FREE "no hassle" one year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your purchased ring has a manufacturing defect (chipping, breaking, etc.), we will replace your purchased "Ready to Ship" ring once at no cost to you, as long as a proof of purchase and a clear photo of the defective ring showing visible defects are emailed to us within one (1) year of the original order date. If a replacement is not available, we may offer another similar style ring at the same value.
One (1) SINGLE replacement within the one year warranty period is your exclusive remedy for any ring purchased with a manufacturing defect and is our entire liability to you for any breach of the limited warranty set forth herein. You have no right to return for replacement or refund any ring purchased from us except as set forth in the return policy and this limited warranty. No refunds are granted after the 30 day return period (See Returns and Exchanges).

Lifetime Limited Warranty
We are proud to offer a lifetime limited warranty with our Founder’s Line, Gentleman's Reserve, and Custom rings - FREE of charge. You just pay for shipping both ways. Your ring is made to last a lifetime, so most normal repairs over the course of your ownership are free of charge. We do reserve the right to void the warranty if a customer is abusing the warranty or rings, as set forth in the exceptions below.
What you get for FREE for a LIFETIME with Founder’s Line, Gentleman's Reserve, and Custom rings:
- FREE refinishing (buff out any scratches you’ve acquired)
- FREE repair of any chipping, breaking, diamonds loosened or lost, or other defects that may occur
- FREE resealing of wood, meteorite, camo, or any other inlay in one of our Founder’s Line designs.
Please note: This does not cover weight gain/loss (size change). However, we’ve got your back – check out our exchange policy. This limited warranty does not cover loss or theft and is non-transferable (i.e., valid only for the original purchaser only). You will be responsible for shipping both ways.
Please Note These Exceptions to the Limited Warranty for All Ring Lines:
The limited warranty does not cover size changes due to weight loss/gain, scratches or damage incurred due to abuse, abnormal environmental conditions, exposure to harsh chemicals, negligence, use contrary to care instructions, or loss of the ring. Tungsten and Titanium rings are scratch resistant but not scratch proof. Tungsten may break if dropped on hard floors or often exposed to harsh chemicals (bleach, Lysol, hand sanitizer). Solid gold does scratch and a simple trip to a local jeweler for a buffing will smooth out your scratches. Gold or colored plating will wear over time but will wear faster if exposed to harsh chemicals. Additionally, engraving of our plated rings weakens the plating, causing chipping. Therefore engraving a plated "Ready to Ship" ring voids your one year limited warranty.
Also, please be advised that obvious submerged water damage to your wood "Ready to Ship" ring will void your limited warranty as natural wood rings in our "Ready to Ship" Line are not meant to be submerged. Our Founder's Line, Gentleman's Reserve, and Custom Rings containing wood are premium and considered to be tougher. While it is always a good idea to take them off before swimming, we will cover you for water damage on these rings only.
In short: Made to Order rings are covered under the Lifetime Warranty for water damage while "Ready to Ship" rings are not covered under their warranty for water damage.
If we suspect that you are abusing the rights granted to you under the limited warranty or otherwise making a false claim of defect, we reserve the right to void your limited warranty.
EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE, (I) YOUR PURCHASE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK; (II) EACH RING IS PURCHASED “AS-IS”; AND (III) WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO OUR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE OR OTHERWISE.
In no case shall Manly Bands or its managers, members, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your ownership, wear or use of any product purchased from us, or for any other claim related in any way to your purchase of any product, including any claim for personal injury or death. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
