How BEST to do an EXCHANGE (U.S. only)

You have 30 days to do this!

We understand it may be necessary to change a ring size or width, and we are happy to help you exchange to a size/width that is currently in stock during your 30-day exchange period. You have 30 days from your original delivery date. 

Or maybe you decided your Manly Band isn't for you. How dare you! Just kidding:). You still have 30 days to return. You will be refunded within 10 days of us receiving your package back, minus a small $30 restocking fee.

Please note: If you're getting married in the next 14 days, please see instructions below under "Rush Exchange." 

REGULAR EXCHANGE PLAN:

(You have more than 2 weeks to spare and you prefer to not spend any more moola) 

1. Get your Size Right!

It's too BIG:

  • If you shake your hand and it stays on (does not cross over the knuckle), exchange for a half size down and it should be perfect! EXAMPLE: You have a size 10, then go for a 9.5.
  • If you shake your hand and the ring comes flying off, you are AT LEAST a whole size off, if not more and it's best NOT to guess. Head to a jeweler to get resized or size yourself at home with the Manly Ring Sizer. 
 It's too SMALL:
  • If it is too snug but you can get it over your knuckle, go a half size up.  EXAMPLE: You have a size 10, then go for a size 10.5
  • If it is too snug, but you cannot get it over your knuckle, you will need to get resized as you are atleast a whole size off. Try the Manly Ring Sizer, to do it at home or head to your local jeweler.

2. Email us at hello@manlybands.com 

Please identify your order as follows:
-Name the order was placed under

-New size and style you would like

We will email back to confirm with a pre-paid shipping label.  We aim to respond within 4-6 hours.  Please don't write us twice, as it slows down our response time. By emailing us this form as a request for an exchange without the word “RUSH” in your subject line, you are confirming that you are NOT getting married within the next two weeks.

3. Send Your Old Ring Back

We cannot send you your new ring until we receive your old ring back in clean, saleable condition.  Please note that rings that have been engraved or otherwise altered are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

  • Please pack your old ring in the original ring box we provided to avoid damaging the ring. If you were originally sent a priority mail box, please use a small plain box or a padded envelope to return. Our return labels are first class so if you mail the priority mail box with a first class label, it will get returned to you instead of getting to us:)
  • Print the label we provide - in your print settings, be sure to change your "paper size" to "A6" when you print. Otherwise, it will print out a full page label that will not fit on the box! Drop off at your local post office within 3 days.
  • That’s It! -- You have the tracking information from the label we provided, so you can check to see when we get it, if you're curious how it's going. Once your ring has been received, we will process your exchange in about 3 business days and shipping takes another approx. 5 business days (total of about 2 weeks door to door). We pay for shipping both ways on your first exchange only.  You will be responsible for shipping on any subsequent exchange needed.  So please know the exact size you need so we can help you get it right! 

 RUSH EXCHANGE PLAN:

(You have 2 weeks or less until your wedding)

You can expedite your exchange shipping both ways for $35. This is good for those that have 1.5-2 weeks to spare. Follow the instructions below.

1. Get your Size Right!

We will send over an electronic invoice for $35. After that is paid, shoot us a note and we will respond with a pre-paid shipping label.  We aim to respond to all emails within 4-6 hours.  Please don't write us twice, as it slows down our response time. 

3. Send Your Old Ring Back

We cannot send you your new ring until we receive your old ring back in clean, saleable condition.  Please note that rings that have been engraved or otherwise altered are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

No one likes to get married with the wrong sized ring, so please know the exact size you need so we can help you get it right! 

 

HOW TO DO A RETURN (U.S. only)
