If your purchased ring has a manufacturing defect (chipping, breaking, etc.), we will replace your purchased "Ready to Ship" ring one time at no cost to you, as long as a proof of purchase and a clear photo of the defective ring showing visible defects are emailed to us within one (1) year of the original order date.

This band is great. Comfortable and classy. If you read no further, know that Manly Bands makes quality rings and has excellent customer support.
Here’s a story about how awesome Manly Bands is. I waited till 4 weeks before my wedding to order this band. I thought I had plenty of time, however I didn’t see the very clear warning that this ring is “made to order” can take up to 6 weeks to be delivered. I figured this out about 10 days after ordering my ring and messaged customer support in a panic. JoAnna said there was nothing they could do to rush the order. Instead, JoAnna offered to let me pick out any “in stock” ring and order it as a stand in ring on my wedding day. For free. Within 5 days I had my stand in ring “The Rockstar” which is also an amazing ring. In the end, my original ring order arrived a couple days before my wedding. This company cares about its customers and they provide excellent products. I’m already planning on what my “upgrade” custom Manly Bands ring will be when I decide to add to my collection. Thank you Manly Bands!!

I ordered the 7mm wide version of this ring. 8mm is too big and uncomfortable for my shorter fingers. When I received it, the width is 7.3mm, based on measurements, and is just a little too wide for me. For the price of this ring you’d think the width selection would be accurate. As for the ring itself, the edges are not very rounded which make it a bit sharp making the ring just uncomfortable and unwearable. I like the finish but since I got it engraved I cannot return it for a refund so I’m stuck sending it back and waiting weeks or more to get an exchanged ring.

This ring is extremely uncomfortable to wear and I can’t use it as my wedding band. Unfortunately I had it engraved so it’s not returnable. Overall I’m unhappy with the experience but have learned my lesson.
