All "Ready to Ship" rings (rings that ship in 1-3 days) are protected by a FREE 1 Year No Hassle, Limited Warranty. This protects you from against manufacturing defects. If your purchased ring has a manufacturing defect (chipping, breaking, etc.), we will replace your purchased "Ready to Ship" ring one time at no cost to you, as long as a proof of purchase and a clear photo of the defective ring showing visible defects are emailed to us within one (1) year of the original order date.

How Ordering Hand-Crafted Rings Works
Confirm Your Size
First thing's first. You'll get a free ring sizer shipped to you after you purchase your ring. In 3-5 days you'll get the sizer in the mail. You'll also get an email from us asking for you to confirm your size.
Please do follow the instructions to get the perfect size - we know dudes don't need instructions, but just this once!
Look out for that email as we do not start making your ring until we have your size confirmed.
Ring Creation And Shipping
Your ring is made to order and can take 4-6 weeks to craft here in Utah. Once we have your size, we get to work crafting your ring. We'll stay in touch about its progress over email.
When it's ready to ship, we'll notify you again with your tracking information and you'll be able to track it online from there. You'll then put it on, fall in love all over again and be whisked away into a bliss you've never known!
Size Exchanges
You get one free size exchange within the first 30 days of having your ring in hand. After that you're welcome to do another size exchange for a small fee. Want to know more about exchanges? Read our exchanges guide.

We used the manly band ring sizer to order the correct size ring and my fiancé was definitely a size 9 in the ring sizer but receiving the actual ring in a size 9.. it hardly fit over his knuckle. The gold itself is perfect and once we sized up to the 9.5 after exchanging the original purchase, it fit perfect as well! They also quote 4 weeks for custom made rings and it came in 2 weeks both times. Really happy we used many bands for our wedding ring purchase! 😊

My fiance picked out this ring for our wedding this May. We orded well ahead of time just to be sure. When it came in, it fit slightly smaller than the ring sizer that had fit him. However, I paid $6 to do an exchange, sent the original back in, and they sent us a newly sized one right away! Our experience has been great with Manly Bands. Their customer service is wonderful. The ring itself is very nice and priced well.
