The Sauron™ is built on a black zirconium base, a metal prized for its exceptional hardness and its deep, charcoal gray color achieved through heat oxidation rather than plating. A hammer finish is hand-worked across the surface, giving it a battle-worn, textured look that scatters light in a way polished finishes simply can't.
A band of genuine lava rock is set into the ring's face, bringing a raw, volcanic texture that looks like something forged in the fires of Mount Doom. Because lava rock is a natural material, the grain, tone, and surface character of each inlay are unique — no two Sauron rings are identical.
White Glow powder is embedded underneath the lava rock inlay and charges under ultraviolet light, producing an eerie, luminescent red glow in the dark. A UV light is included with your ring so you can activate the effect anytime — hold it close for a few seconds and watch the ring come alive.
A deep red Cerakote sleeve, adding a smoldering accent color that ties directly to the Dark Lord aesthetic, also features an official Lord of the Rings™ logo engraving, making this a fully licensed piece for collectors and fans who don't do things halfway.

Yes — the inlay uses genuine lava rock, not a synthetic substitute or printed pattern. It's hand inlayed overtop glow powder that charges under UV light, so you get an authentic volcanic texture that actually lights up in the dark. A UV light is included with every ring to activate the effect.
The white-to-red glow is genuinely striking in low light or darkness — the included UV light brings it out fully, and it holds its charge well. In normal daylight you'll see the textured lava inlay and deep red Cerakote sleeve as the dominant visual details, with the hammer-finished black zirconium providing a rugged charcoal backdrop.
Black zirconium is extremely durable — the dark color is created by oxidizing the metal itself, not a surface coating, so it won't chip or peel under normal daily use. The deep red Cerakote sleeve is a military-grade finish known for excellent scratch and abrasion resistance, making this ring built for the long haul.
The rounded interior profile means the edges don't press into your finger, which makes a noticeable difference if you're wearing a ring all day for the first time.
