I ordered “The Storyteller” for my wedding on May 30th, 2020. When I received the ring, I was horrified to find that I ordered the completely wrong size for my finger. (I took a chance on not purchasing the Manly Bands ring sizer.) I immediately contacted your customer service to switch the ring out. They responded nearly instantly, which impressed me greatly. They recommended me ordering a ring sizer. I did, and it arrived very quickly. I was nervous, since my wedding was in two weeks, that the new ring would not get there on time. It arrived in two days. I am absolutely blown away by your company. As a director at Chick-fil-A, I am very observant with other companies and how they handle customers. Your company impressed me greatly. I am proud to wear a Manly Bands ring and will be shopping with you exclusively from here on out!
The only negative I can think of is that my replacement ring did not come with a new “Best Man” silicone ring to accompany my wedding ring.
