So I love the final product of my ring, but I need to deduct a star because of the headache that it took to get here.
I ordered the ring initially in November thinking it would take 4-6 weeks that the site said. I was wrong. After 8 weeks of no contact I decided to email them. They said it would be shipped soon and immediately I got shipping info. Unfortunately they sent the wrong size.
I now needed to return the wrong sized one for the size I ordered. 10 weeks later, again no contact from them, I email about the order and it ships. The ring is the proper size, but there's a chip in the meteorite (photo for reference).
At this point it's been several months and I was debating just returning it, but I decided to give them 1 more shot. It shipped in 2 weeks and now I have a ring I love, but boy was it a journey to get here.
TLDR: Don't order if you don't have several months.

I was a little apprehensive at first being an Asian fit. Also, I am also more used to shopping for items of this price point in person. However, my fears turned out to be unfounded. The entire process from the from start to finish was extremely smooth and idiot-proof.
1) Customer service was very responsive - replies were prompt and comprehensive
2) Delivery was efficient for both the ring sizer and actual band - fyi I'm based in Asia
3) Band itself was ON POINT - check out the bad boy below. Love the textured exterior and how comfortable it felt on my finger. Unboxing was an amazing experience as well.
Not exactly cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for! All in all - highly recommended!

I was a little hesitant about purchasing my partners ring online, but when I opened the box with The Hanks in it, I got super excited! It's absolutely stunning. The quality is solid and details are there. He loves the ring, too, which is also important :-D I also just so happens to match my ring perfectly.
All around, super stoked! I keep showing off his ring everywhere we go.
