Just know that our warehouse team is sometimes very fast in getting shipments out but as long as it hasn't shipped out, we are more than happy to cancel your order, as needed. If you need to change your order, we can cancel and then you can place a new order on our website. If they happen to ship before you can get to us, you have 30 days from delivery to return for a refund or exchange (for the same style or a different).

How much is domestic shipping and how long will it take?

When will I get my ring?! How fast is FREE shipping? In Stock rings take 1-2 business days to process, and then go out with Free Standard shipping (5-7 business days), unless you opt for expedited shipping at checkout. 

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing on all orders that are in-stock. We do NOT ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. Holidays. (PLEASE NOTE: If you have a engraving on your ring, that will take 2-5 business days for processing).

Made to Order Rings (approx. 4-6 week processing lead time) Then these rings ship FREE Standard shipping (5-7 business days), unless you opt for expedited shipping at checkout. Expedited shipping will also not apply to any future exchange you do since it's a one time use for the expedited shipping fee. 

Sizers& Silicone Rings (ships out within 1-3 business days). Then these rings ship out with Free shipping that takes about 5-10 business days.

Hawaii and Alaska Customers: Please note that shipping with USPS is currently delayed and shipping can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks.

**If your wedding is in a week or less, choose OVERNIGHT SHIPPING for your ring!!! We cannot guarantee free shipping will get it there in time. Also please confirm if the ring you are ordering is one of our Made to Order rings or In Stock rings. 

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping carriers do NOT count Saturday, Sunday or U.S. Holidays as shipping or delivery days. Times listed for delivery varies by address. 

*Orders with Overnight shipping that are placed before 12pm MST will go out that same day. Orders with Overnight shipping that are placed after 12pm MST will ship the following day. Please make allowances in calculating when you will receive your package. For example, if you place an order on Friday afternoon with Overnight shipping, the order will not be sent until Monday and you will not receive it until Tuesday. If Monday is a holiday, it will go out on Tuesday and you will not receive it until Wednesday. 

Has your order been shipped and you'd like to see where it is? You can check in your Manly Bands account if you created one. You will also receive a tracking email once the order does actually ship out (excluding Sizers), please make sure to check your spam/junk folders. Return/Refund Policy:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to Return your ring for a full refund back to your original form of payment (see exceptions below). Please reuse the shipping materials we shipped to you! They are meant to be reused to do our small part for the world. Please note that you will be billed for any improper packaging used (example: priority mail packaging, etc). When doing a return for refund, please note that you will be charged a return shipping fee if you have not opted into Redo package protection.

HOLIDAY UPDATE: We want you to be able to gift without worry! If you made your purchase after 10/21, you (or the recipient) will have until 1/31 to exchange the ring. Please note that we cannot grant return refunds to a different payment method than the original, so if a return is made by the recipient, the refund can only be issued to the original payment method or be granted as store credit.

**Exceptions to this Return Policy:

• Please note that we are unable to refund the Order Protection costs if you decide to return your ring for refund.

• Engraved rings are FINAL SALE and may NOT be Returned OR Exchanged. If you aren't certain of your size, please purchase your ring unengraved. Once received and you know it is the correct size, you can utilize your 1 free exchange to have the ring engraved if you would like or you can take it to a local jeweler to have it done for a small fee.

• Silicone rings (including ENSO rings) are final sale and may not be returned for refund, however they may be exchanged within the 30 day window.

• Final Sale items (some Manly Gifts and ring sizers are final sale) are not eligible for return. See product pages for details.

Exchange tips! (If you're in a hurry)

• Too big:

  • If you shake your hand (like you're waving goodbye to your new in-laws) and the ring flies off your hand, head HERE and get the plastic ring sizer before processing your exchange.

  • If it generally fits (and doesn't fall past your knuckle when you shake your hand) but slides off when you wash your hands, go a half size DOWN.

• Too small:

  • If you can get it over your knuckle but your finger turns red...or blue, take a deep breath and go a half size UP.

  • Too small: If you can't get it over your knuckle at all, head HERE and get the plastic ring sizer to nail that next size.

*Exceptions to this Exchanges Rule:

• Please note that you may decide to Return OR Exchange your ring within the 30 days, you cannot do both.

• If you are an international customer, please refer to the international articles for additional information on returns/exchanges. At this time, we cannot support exchanges for international customers, however, you can return your ring for store credit and re-purchase.

• To return/exchange your items, please reuse the packaging that your order came in. Please note that you will be billed for any improper packaging used (example: priority mail packaging, etc).

• If your ring is a precious metal ring (gold, platinum, black diamond, etc) please note that the market value for these rings can change over time and when doing an exchange, there may be a price difference that you will need to pay at that time.

**PLEASE NOTE: All rings must be in clean, "unworn," and salable condition to be accepted for return or exchange. We reserve the right to deny a return/exchange request or charge a damage fee on any rings returned with excessive scratching or other abuse.

We go to great lengths to create the hippest, highest quality wedding bands at affordable rates. This warranty statement is our guarantee to you when you purchase a Manly Bands ring.

Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty on rings:
We are proud to offer a lifetime manufacturing warranty on any purchased ring* for all manufacturing defects - FREE of charge*.Please note, this does not cover loss, theft, weight loss/gain, normal wear and tear.

DISCLAIMERS: Promotional items and free rings are excluded from the foregoing Warranty, and any Enso rings purchase on the Manly Bands website are subject solely to Enso's policies - please click here for further information about Enso rings. Purchased silicone rings (not promotional or free silicone rings, as mentioned above) have a 1 year warranty on them. Size changes are not allowed when doing a warranty. Size changes are allowed within 30 days of receiving your ring. Please see our return/exchange policy. Our warranty does not cover weight loss or gain. If your original ring contains any of the following precious materials (gold, platinum, solid silver, meteorite or diamonds/stones) we will requite that your return that ring back to us, for us to be able to process your warranty for a new ring. There is only 1 warranty claim per ring unless the issue is a consistent manufacturing defect, then we have you covered! This Warranty does not warranty refunds. Please be advised that repair or service on your ring performed by anyone other than Manly Bands will void the Lifetime Warranty. Also note with repairs not related to manufacturing defects, there may be applicable fees.

Some examples of common jewelry issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include:

• The discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, make-up, immersion in pools and hot tubs, or bathing.

• Precious metals, like gold or color plating will wear over time but will wear faster if exposed to harsh chemicals (including hand sanitizer).

• Alternative metal rings (such as Tungsten) are scratch resistant but not scratch proof. Tungsten may break if dropped on hard floors or with an unusual amount of exposure to harsh chemicals (bleach, Lysol, hand sanitizer).

• Certain rings scratch more easily than others, for example, black zirconium will show scratches very easily as compared to titanium. Scratches are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered defects, however, most are repairable for a fee.

• Obvious submerged water damage to your wood ring will void your Lifetime Warranty as natural wood rings are not meant to be submerged in water, and it is always a good idea to take them off before swimming or showering, just to be extra safe.

• The loss of a precious metal (diamonds/stones) caused by damage from everyday wear or from other damage.

• Loss or theft of your ring.

• Size changes

If we suspect that you are abusing the rights granted to you under the Lifetime Warranty or otherwise making a false claim of defect, we will reserve the right to void your Lifetime Warranty and to qualify for the Lifetime Warranty, we may require you to return the impacted ring to Manly Bands.

EXCEPT FOR THE LIFETIME WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE, (I) YOUR PURCHASE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK; (II) EACH RING IS PURCHASED "AS-IS" AND (III) WE MAKE NO OTHER WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO OUR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE OR OTHERWISE.

How do I make a claim?

How do I figure out my ring size?

The best way to know your size is to snag the plastic Manly Ring Sizer HERE. The Manly Ring Sizer enables you to size yourself multiple times, at different times of the day to get the most accurate comfort fit sizing experience. You’ll be able to pop out the ring sizers and wear them throughout the day to find your best average size. You'll want to pick the smallest size that fits over the largest part of your finger - usually your knuckle.

If you got sized at a jeweler, please know that your ring size fluctuates up to a size and a half in a single day with changes in diet, activity, etc, so counting on this one sizing in store can often lead to an inaccurate size choice. We strongly recommend double checking with the sizer, since timing can be tight and not always allow for exchanges during wedding planning!

A final tip: ALWAYS ALWAYS try on your ring BEFORE the wedding. We promise it is NOT bad luck. You want there to be a little resistance in taking it off - you should have to twist it a little to get it over your knuckle. No one likes to lose their ring on their honeymoon in the ocean cause it's too big - true story!

Exchanging your ring for size and in a hurry? Here are some quick tips:

Too big?

We do not currently offer quarter sized rings.

If you're looking for a quarter size on another ring, we recommend buying the bigger size and then buying a "ring size adjuster" from Amazon. For example: If you are a 9.75, order a size 10, and after you add the ring size adjuster, it should fit like a glove. Note that our mere mortal hands swell and contract in extreme weather (summer / winter) and when the body does it's bloating and contracting thing. That's all totally normal so don't worry if sometimes it feels a little tight and others it feels a little loose.
